They could not have done any of this without the enforcement arm of the law. Has anyone looked into the legal structure of the police? Who pays them?

Both sides of WWII, like two wings of the one bird, were funded by the same globalist elites and corrupt banksters.

Medical Tyranny is Fascism...and America is a Republic. It has no place in our country. At the end of WW11 The Nuremberg Code spelled it out...no medical treatments to ever be forced on anyone. Those who had done medical experiments were executed.

Is the power there or not? NOPE

The single, most distressing question no one wants to contemplate: Has the U.S. Constitution already been terminated?

We have a guest post today from the great constitutional attorney John Whitehead, who strikes at the core of the situation facing America and by extension the entirety of the formerly Free World. He poses the question no one wants to ask, let alone try to answer. Article continues

Wow Katherine ... I see the cross-disciplinary philosophy major in you.

If quoting from Frank Zappa weren't enough to put a wry smile on my face,, finding something straight out of the pathological narcissist's playbook ("when you assume the appearance of power, people soon give it to you.") ... did the trick. Bullseye.

Now making more of a long overdue habit of reading you, and sharing what I can in private Facebook groups.

Cheers from Japan Katherine.

p.s. Just got back from a walk to the local convenience store for lunch, and couldn't help but to think of what Howard Zinn would have said, or those whom he gave voice. Maybe a horse of another color would have heard 'Constitutional Republic' and given a horse laugh to echo through long forgotten canyons.

My jaw dropped so hard I think it shattered. The simplicity of the principle, as stated, clarifies a lot. And the “mirroring effect” completes the circle.

I appreciate the art. I remember walking into Sta Maria del Populo and putting a lira in the box, June 2001, to have the Carravagios light up. It was a moment of illumination of a moment of illumination!!!

I am so overwhelmed by information that I had no idea of before today--to know that by 1973, at least a few US Senators understood that this country had been run under a continuous “state of emergency” for 40 years, and were actively looking for pathways out from under the resulting executive branch dictatorship, to know that our government signed on to a UN Genocide agreement that would allow outside governments to reduce our population... I've probably got this only partially right but close enough to be really disturbing. I thank you for so intelligently tracking this information down across the many years that these plans have been being laid. Few would have the tenacity. It is highly disturbing--most especially because it looks like the other branches of our government appear to have no power to stop this march forward to lay our country at the feet of the WEF. What appears to have stopped them so far is our legal system and guns. What do you say about that?

Fascinating documents.

And you highlight the exact right point. The assumption of power in the people's hands (and I would say not actually an assumption, it's a right and claim) for the good of the people and the country, that's when it's game over and the work of rebuilding starts. Thank you.

As I have muttered to myself- for some years now, while stumbling down countless moonlit streets...

"the State does not exist...! Smash the State...!"

Aloha. I'm reminded of my friend Pastor Jim Kimmell of Maui who told me that 1 - infinity. That each of us are holograms of the whole thing and that I / you / we have enormous power in reserve.

Thinking of Pastor Jim I testified to the Hawai'i County Police Commission yesterday with some ideas about choosing a new Chief of Police for the island, a rare and important opportunity we're going through right now. My thought is that an enlightened Chief of Police, a really terrific, constitutionally minded, sincere and strong-centered person could, would and should help to make things right here. How could they help us to defend, neutralize and overcome against the giant wave of globalist tyranny sweeping the world?

The Doctrine of Lesser Magistrates is one idea. It teaches that when a superior or higher ranking authority makes an unjust or immoral law, policy or court ruling - the lower or lesser ranking civil authority has both the (God-given?) right and the duty to refuse obedience to that superior authority; and, if necessary, to actively resist the superior authority.

Hope springs eternal.

May unexpected blessings and love keep coming to you and from you.

Wasn't it 1932 FDR recognized the Soviet Union and invited the Communists to come (back) in?

Brilliant analysis, Katherine! We need substackers and others to spread the succinct phrasing you used. Everyone must come together and spread the same message. The divisive infighting I am seeing must stop.
