STAND UP Washington State!

Thanks Katherine:

The 2005 IHR required WHO satellite offices in every nation, state, and region. Public Health offices are loyal and report to the who and do not represent the people. The way to the heart of this is to strike the legislation that adopted the initial 2005 WHO IHR treaty or have it declared null and void in a court. Thereby the amendments are immaterial. Foreign agents loyal to another power on US soil might do it.

Protections of the sovereign people (man or woman) clarified independent of any legislation:

• Cruden v. Neale, 2 N.C. 338 May Term, 1796 – United States Supreme Court (pre-civil war) “…every man is independent of all laws, except those prescribed by nature. He is not bound by any institutions formed by his fellowman without his consent.”

• Marbury v. Madison, 5th US (2 Cranch) 137, 174, 176, 1803: “All laws, rules and practices which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.”*****

• Miranda v. Arizona, 384 US 436, 491: “Where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rule making or legislation which would abrogate them.”*****

• Hurtado v. People of the State of California, 110 US 516: “The state cannot diminish the rights of the people.”

• Davis v. Wechsler, 263 US 22, 24: “The assertion of federal rights [Bill of Rights], when plainly and reasonably made, is not to be defeated under the name of local practice.”*****

• Shere v. Cullen, 481 F 946: “There can be no sanction or penalty imposed upon one because of this exercise of constitutional rights.”

• Yick Wo v. Hopkins, 118 US 356, 370: “Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law.”

• “Sovereignty itself is, of course, not subject to law, for it is the author and source of law; but in our system, while sovereign powers are delegated to the agencies of government, Sovereignty itself remains with the people, by whom and for whom all government exists and acts.” —supreme Court Decision, Woo Lee vs. Hopkins 118 U.S. 356

Every State needs to do this. Am sending it to my State Senators and Reps. Katherine, could you write an addendum that the state will not recognize any Central Bank Programmable Digital Currency, nor allow any bank currenctly operating in the state to also traffic in them? And heretofore are taking back their power to create a state bank. and a state currency?

I had an idea today. Someone had mentioned putting markers up ( flags or ribbons) to represent deaths from Covid vaccines. They are doing this in Europe, so I looked it up. The problem here is it wouldn’t last, or we would need a “ protest” permit, too much red tape to take up that much space in a park, etc.

So, what about ribbons around trees or anywhere? Like back in the war days,

https://wp.yellowribbonamerica.org/history-of-the-yellow-ribbon/

But, maybe instead of yellow we do red, white & blue. The elite globalists hate our national pride and love for this country. They want us to be all one country under tyrant rule.

I think we show them, visually, that we will defend this country to the end. We can use yellow- but definitely not white. That’s a sign of surrender, and that won’t happen.

The ribbons can represent lost loved ones to the Covid vaccine. It can represent how strong we are & that we will not forget the last 3 years. Names can go on a larger ribbon or words “ we won’t forget”, on others. Or just plain, doesn’t matter. And if it really takes off, it would send a message nationwide & worldwide that we are done with the lies, the bioweapons, and continual fear- mongering, by these cowards. Mostly, it would represent the individuals, and their families that have paid the biggest price if all. And the deaths will continue, unfortunately, as will unknown side effects from these experiments in our bodies. We can’t wait any longer to do something.

I can get this to as many substacks as possible. And if others do the same, we can get this to go viral. It certainly can’t hurt. And letters to local papers, in the editorials, can explain the ribbons. When a lot are seen and duplicated, the message will be loud and clear. We can do this! What do you think?

I love the chalk idea but I live in drip, drip, drip, Seattle. Waterproof ribbon should work.

Also, painted rocks along paths or parks with Bioweapon victim’s names, etc. would make people pause. It’s time to get busy.

I was thrilled to see this news about Wyoming. So, if we can kick CDC and WHO out, can we also work to rescind or severely limit the power of the HHS secretary? Undo PREP? Will the restoration of liberty have to be done piecemeal as the Wyoming legislation suggests?

That these traitors -- the women who wrote that report can say with their faces hanging out, as it were, this: “During the COVID-19 pandemic, some politicians weaponized constitutional rights in state legislatures to push for limitations on public health measures..." tells us that traitors to Natural Law, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and God are 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚𝒘𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒆 in this country. And they include most especially, it seems, the "loi-yers"

"...'weaponized' constitutional rights..."??? Stunning.

Listen, 𝒈𝒊𝒓𝒍𝒔, they're not "constitutional rights." They're inherent rights that every single human being on Earth possesses and the Declaration of Independence says are off-limits and the Constitution is supposed to protect -- from the likes of you.

As you correctly point out, Katherine, "public health" is state-run bioterrorism. Did anyone seriously think it could lead anywhere else? As I've said for a long time, there ain't no such thing as "public health." There is only individual health. But not to collectivists and other power-hungry freaks.

Sorry, Katherine...Venting...

"Prohibitions on Proof of Vaccination and Vaccine Mandates"

We really need to expand our laws. As soon as we call them vaccines and stop that, they're rename or reclassify them as something else.

"Prohibitions on Proof or Mandate of any Medical Condition or Procedure or Status"

FTFY

One of the premises should be--but likely isn't--the illegitimacy of the US Corporation which is currently pretending to be the United States of America, thereby rending all laws and treaties enacted by this body as null and void. https://coloradopublicbanking.blogspot.com/2022/05/un-pandemic-treaty-invalid-us-is-not.html

I just sent that bill link to everyone I could think of in 30 seconds. Thank you for sharing! I think it's especially helpful when someone else has already written the bill up and they can essentially copy/paste it, haha. Maybe someone will listen and do something similar here in AL. Eternally grateful for your work.
