Here is a quote from a court decision in Missouri.

“This case is about whether Missouri’s Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) regulations can abolish representative government in the creation of public health laws, and whether it can authorize closure of a school or assembly based on the unfettered opinion of an unelected official. This court finds it cannot.”

--Judge Daniel Green of Cole County

as a long time resident of Republican-run Missouri, I've been flat out amazed at the number of decisions made in favor of personal rights here since the beginning of the Executive Ordered Emergency.

of course I live in one of the counties owned by Blue Hats, so there were a lot of stupid decisions made locally. but those have mostly faded away.

That is encouraging, obviously Judge Daniel Green is on our side, but he is one of the few.

the attorney general backed up his ruling at least, and said he'd enforce it statewide.

even the governor and attorney general, who usually /aren't/ on my side, have issued edicts which I agree with about the situation. gov even officially ended the Missouri-specific medical State of Emergency last year.

It’s 4:24AM sleep is is virtually impossible for me these days. Great work as always. Please open a tip jar so those of us who without your skills may make a contribution to the enormous amount of time you spend on research.

On the tip jar, thank you. I’ve been working toward setting up the Stripe thing for awhile, and hope to have it connected in the next couple of weeks for people who want to donate.

I can empathize on the sleep thing. I hope you work through it soon. I went through it October/November last year. Almost everyone I know in the fight has had a dark period of extreme turmoil and then managed to re-stabilize.

Also, when thinking about the zombie/Marburg angle, I keep in mind the piece Yeadon, Paardekooper and others have discussed, that not all the jabs have had the same ingredients in them.

Some batches may have had those extreme contents, and at the other end, some were probably saline, and any number of combinations of varying short and long-term toxicity in between. Impossible to know, unless the corporations are keeping detailed records from manufacturing batch all the way to individuals, and somehow those records come to public light.

Some people think that perhaps now, in the campaign, is when they’ll have many batches with the worst stuff, because their plan was for most people to be on quarterly schedules of new jabs by now. That doesn’t seem to be working; a lot of people avoided ever getting the first one; many more jumped off the regimen after dose 1, more so after dose 2, etc.

We just don’t know so much of what’s already happened, what’s going on now, and how it will unfold from this point forward. That’s one reason why I think more people just keeping our sleeves rolled down and staying away from clinics and doctors offices as much as possible is a very important way to fight the fight.

Had not seen that. Thank you. Glad he’s trying to focus public attention on the bioterrorism crimes of the governments and academics, and help move people past the preoccupation with the virus and the trials/data.

If I’m not mistaken, the federal government went defunct in late 2019, hence the Covid distraction and democide putting everyone in a panic. We have no representative government

Thanks and very good read. Can’t help but think we are in a Civil War remaining undeclared and not at all sure how up undeclared it is.

Good point. By keeping the war "undeclared", they stifle the citizen revolt, which they fear. So it is very important to determine the in-force or suspended status of the US Constitution.

You summed it up perfectly. I think viral capitalism and nit-picking lawyers litigated away common sense out of our legal system and now the gears are stripped. I don't think lawsuits will help because we are dealing with a system under the cover of our legal system that operates outside the law. We need a shift in the frame, a shift outside the box. They pervert the word of God and use words to obscure and deceive people. We need to find the thread in our legal system that they operate under and expose them to the light. If we look deep enough into the field of health, ethics and values, we'll find the morally deluded and the crematory.

Same in Canada. New Zealand, on the other hand, still has independent-minded judges. Who could have expected?
