This form, submitted by an individual, carries little weight because an individual is quite unlikely to have the financial resources to follow through on the intent to sue. Or, more broadly, would not have the clout to compel local law enforcement to investigate these crimes against specific doctors and / or medical providers. A union of some sort needs to be formed of those of us inclined to serve these types of notices so that the presentation of this to doctors and providers Carrie’s the weight and gravity that it needs to.

I saw my doctor yesterday and asked how I can remove my vaccination status from my digital medical record. My status was added at the beginning of the Covid era when I needed treatment for a servere case of poison oak. The emergency facility asked my status and I willingly gave it to them.
I would not willingly give my status now. Yesterday the doctor and the assistant knew nothing about the ICD-10 codes and they had no idea how to remove my status. There's no box to untick.

Notices received from an organization, however, might have a greater impact. An organization might be seen as more capable of bringing a lawsuit against the healthcare provider, hospital administrator, employer, or insurance company, for practicing or condoning illlegal or unethical practices.

This form, submitted by an individual, carries little weight because an individual is quite unlikely to have the financial resources to follow through on the intent to sue. Or, more broadly, would not have the clout to compel local law enforcement to investigate these crimes against specific doctors and / or medical providers. A union of some sort needs to be formed of those of us inclined to serve these types of notices so that the presentation of this to doctors and providers Carrie’s the weight and gravity that it needs to.
Perhaps we could get FLCCC or other medical freedom group behind this and have some clout with being part of the organization? I would gladly be a dues-paying member of such a union.

I saw my doctor yesterday and asked how I can remove my vaccination status from my digital medical record. My status was added at the beginning of the Covid era when I needed treatment for a servere case of poison oak. The emergency facility asked my status and I willingly gave it to them.

Reading the words of people wrongfully identifying the top of this current EVIL FOOD CHAIN is horrific. 'The People' are NOT IDENTIFYING THE CORRECT ENEMY.
