I will never understand a doctors refusal to provide life saving treatment based on refusal of an experimental vaccine refusal (THERE IS STILL NO COMIRNATY IN ANY PHARMACY REFRIGERATOR) especially now to continually refuse after it has been demonstrated WITH EVIDENCE that it has NO BENEFIT WHATSOEVER. This appears to be a slam dunk case in my opinion.
