“it seems possible - likely, even - that His work is embedded and woven into even the things that the evil ones thought they fully controlled”

Reminds me of the joke in which a group of scientists discover how to create life. So they call up God and say, “Ha, we figured out how to create life, come and see.” When He shows up to their lab, they start setting everything up. They grab some beakers, go outside, come back with the beakers filled with dirt and get ready to start. But God says, “Hold on, hold on - get your own dirt.”

Excellent.

"I understand that there are more layers of human (and non-human) orchestration above the Rothschilds and Rockefellers, and multi-century history of development of these forces.

There may come a time when I can look more closely at those things and develop more ideas about how to confront them."

From my perspective - what you are doing, exactly what you feel called to do - is enough. We don't need to confront 'them', we need to stand in our humanity, in our divinity, and say no. And then we do what we want outside of them. Just need the numbers.

Thank you Katherine.

Beautifully put. We can make a contribution to this with one simple action. Go to 10letters.org to generate a letter with affidavit to mail to your state attorney general.

Nicely said Katherine.

Agree, for now, lets use the legal tools provided to us in the Constitution and some of that useful legislation passed by Congress. If it turns out those are not enough, then we move to plan B.

The question then becomes... should determining what plan B might entail be discussed now? Or is that simply an issue of doing what ever it takes?

There is also the issue that many still need to be brought up to speed to move truth to the forefront. Here is my latest attempt at that - https://secularheretic.substack.com/p/covid19-the-mother-of-all-conspiracies

I would never believe that any of this could ever happen in real life if it wasn't so blatantly obvious right now.

I know a fair number of lawyers, including a brother, my ex wife who is a top corporate lawyer, and first female full partner at the firm she was once with before going in house corporate counsel, one of my best friends who is a great litigator, another friend who was a top insurance defense litigator on med malpractice claims who is now a Professor of Law at DePaul University, and one of the nation's top civil rights lawyers, now in his 90's, among many others. Some I know are graduates of top law schools like Ivy League or University of Chicago. Some of the dumbest people I know graduated from Harvard, including a woman with a Ph.D.

The attornies I know are all reasonably intelligent but Katherine is a paralegal and, in my opinion, a much better legal, and politico-legal intellect than any lawyer I know. Not to mention she has a civic responsibility ethic. Not many lawyers have that. There's a paralegal I communicate with on Gab who also is a major civic activist who is working to take down Antifa and other criminals who sexually abuse children. I think paralegals must be like nurse practitioners in that you're likely better discussing legal or medical issues with them, respectively, than with lawyers or physicians.

Hi Katherine,

I just heard Todd Callender is arguing in court someone plans to own humans who have been jabbed with Covid injections.

This is an incorrect argument. He shouldn’t waste time or money on it.

Under the doctrine of patent exhaustion, a patent holder has no rights in a patented article after an authorized sale of the article.

The only way to avoid this is by contract, such as how Monsanto prevents farmers from replanting or selling seeds of their patented plants; the company requires farmers to sign contracts to that effect.

Covid shots are administered after they have been sold by their respective manufacturers, thereby exhausting any patent rights.

I’m a patent lawyer and physician and would be happy to discuss this with him anytime: hillmd (at) substack.com.

His oral argument is Nov. 18. The US Gov has not responded to the challenge on 13th Amendment grounds. The concern is that the DOD, which is one of the patent-holders, intends to work in coordination with Gates and other private/NGO patent-holders, to make the argument that there was an implied contract: for the consideration of getting the shot without making financial payments, the recipients exchanged their self-ownership.

I'm not saying that's a great argument, or even that the underlying mRNA technology does the genetic things that researchers say it might do. I'm open to the possibility that the tech stories are to some degree propaganda and the products don't function as designed or intended.

I'm saying that appears to be the legal direction Gates, Fauci et al want to go, through things like the mRNA genetic manipulation injections and cryptocurrency, bionano-tech patents

built on top of the Myriad precedent: they would like to own and control people through gene-and-AI based patents, and have invested a lot of money in that enterprise. Enough that, like all the other aspects, the judges have to have extraordinary personal courage and faith to reject that argument and rule that human beings cannot be owned by corporations or other human beings through the mechanism of patenting.

They are certainly getting away with horrific things, but it’s hard to see how any judge could justify enforcement of an implied contract to sell oneself for a free vaccine without (a) a writing as required by the Statute of Frauds for marriage, real property, sale of goods or services exceeding $500, etc. (https://www.azleg.gov/ars/44/00101.htm); or (b) violating the 13th Amendment’s prohibition of slavery.

Our team argued and won, including on appeal, against Myriad Genetics’ claim of patent eligibility of cDNA, probes, and primers used in their BRCA breast cancer gene test.

The same argument could also be advanced here: if SARS-CoV-2 is naturally occurring as the government claims, then its reverse transcription into DNA and integration into the human genome — already shown to occur — is also naturally occurring and thus patent ineligible.

Then we have the powerful patent exhaustion argument, almost certainly applicable here.

Thanks. I passed along this thread to Todd, including your contact info.

I think it does get back to getting a federal judge to address whether the Constitution has been suspended since Jan. 2020. In the Callender/Robert v. Austin case, the entry point for getting to that issue is the 13th Amendment: whether that's been suspended as part of the whole Congress/Pres/HHS/DOD treason crime package, in a way that purports to re-legalize slavery.

I don't know if you would consider this item related, but I thought I would put it out here. In Canada the top court for human rights has now repeatedly ruled in favour of employers including government agencies, and said that punishing employees through unpaid forced leave or job dismissal for refusing the experimental Covid gene injections is NOT discrimination on grounds of creed violation. The judge ruled that there is no such thing as an established creed regarding "bodily autonomy" that prevents you from obeying your employer's policy regarding this medical intervention as a condition of continued employment (that must be repeated every few months or else you can still get fired). I don't know if the plaintiffs tried to show that the Nuremberg Code, Helsinki Declaration etc. are their creed. Meanwhile, residents in Canada's government subsidized long term care facilities have the right to refuse the Covid jabs without being discriminated against, but their paid caregivers do not. Strange legal definition of human rights discrimination.

.....saw you'd made reference to my comment regarding secularism, Katherine; feel I need to further clarify such concerns, as I did acquire MORE personal clarification, insight yesterday: this thing to which SO many defer - 'evil', is not JUST as a result of THEIR perpetually externalizing societal value (INCLUDING existential THREATS, real OR manipulated) to manufacture, maintain FREQUENTLY-contrived NEED and sustain an exploitative (SYNONYMOUS with 'capitalistic') comparably-HIERARCHY-based economic system actually INIMICAL to 'FREE enterprise' but, ALL such externalization other than that by informed CHOICE of the INDIVIDUAL; i.e., NOT state-recommended - or, ORDAINED.....many people wonder: HOW could what's transpired these past 2.5 years and WELL before, have EVER been ALLOWED to happen? A succinct answer can be QUICKLY obtained in turn by asking: WHY and WHEN did 'science' (which BTW, simply means 'knowing') become DELIBERATELY estranged (by BOTH extremes) from spirituality? NOTHING was MORE externalized & objectified through subcultural REQUIREMENT of participation in various RITUALS, than 'G[o]od' - AGAIN, an entirely-SUBJECTIVE consideration but WORSE, assigned unilateral GENDER qualities with LIKELY transference of HUMAN relationship issues ('Father', UNQUESTIONABLY then a euphemistic application.....)

.....if 'G[o]od' IS 'everywhere', how can that not INCLUDE the sciences, US - all lifeforms inasmuch recognized? No, our SERENDIPITY as a species results from OPTIMAL evolutionary attributes as COMPARES to other such, with HIGHEST potential to CONSCIOUSLY effect GREATEST change to existing conditions, impact the quality of experience - by creating a FALSE distinction, boundary CONDITION we've been SYSTEMATICALLY disempowered for MILLENNIA .....my own compound definition (and an ACCURATE, useful one I believe) of 'G[o]od' is, 'COHERENCE', reliability, consciousness, ability to RECOGNIZE, distinguish, appreciate.....'LOVE'.
