One thing I read a long time ago now and it was true because I looked it up at the time, is that Trump signed a document given to him to sign I believe in the summer of 2019 that would give total power to the Department of Health in a pandemic. I believe that was it. Why would he do that? Who told him that would be a good thing to do? The timing is extremely suspect. What did he know at that time? Early on he had talked with RFK Jr. about vaccines and was considering adding him to some kind of vaccine oversight but then he talked to Bill Gates who admits he told Trump, "no, that would be bad, don't do that."
