Orientation Note to New Readers There are a lot of new subscribers to Bailiwick. There is a lot of material here, and I pitch my writing toward readers who already understand the basic issues because they’ve been reading here for several months. I build on the knowledge those readers already have.
Your work is astounding. I wish I was smart enough to help. For now , God placed me inside a hospital for the last 3 years. I boiling mad after listening about the fraud of the flu vaccines and not putting them in “moth balls” is not advantageous to the “ greater good of our government “. People actually smiled in the CHD podcast and knowingly wrote a prescription for their patients to be vaccinated. This is malfeasance and against one’s Hippocratic oath . My father , like yours, made a huge impact on my life , to do the right thing . I’m done ranting ... anyone listening, thank you.
Thank you for your Herculean efforts to educate all to the legal “gymnastic tactics” of Satan’s puppets. While I appreciate the art you share, and your profound belief in God, I cannot share your trust in the organized hierarchy of the Catholic Church. There are many wonderful God fearing members of said church, the leaders are another story. I know too much if the history present and past. God bless you as you endeavor to aid us in the battle against tyranny.
Choice A, where the government moves to dismiss by saying that all the acts at issue were official acts, isn't so bad for the government. They won't need to concede that the acts were fraudulent and murderous. For example, even the totally fraudulent COVID death totals won't give one much purchase. The government's answer will just be, "Yes, we published those numbers, which by the way are confirmed by numerous reports around the world blah blah. We move to dismiss that these were official acts."
And once the claim is dismissed, there's no way to find out, at least through that case, whether the COVID death totals were fraudulent or murderous. Of course, the numbers are totally fraudulent, because the virus is as fake as the PCR test and the whole scamdemic. But that's another story.
There is a fourth option of We the People deposing the tyranny, but of course that requires the people to recognize the tyranny and their constrained options for legal recourse. The Five Stones approach is an important stepping stone to The People realizing the truth.
Great writeup and refs, with much interesting/useful info. Also enabling the prosecution of individuals -- who have violated their oaths, “… to support and defend Constitution …” -- for treason will, in my view, do much to help plug this serious hole in the legal battles needed to save America for those that follow us. Long-term fixes for such existential threats to humanity must also remedy what enabled them, including “Owner” evildoings. This will likely require corrective actions by a strong, uncorrupted entity like “we the people” -- empowered by informed/coordinated leaders nationwide.

I have a question relating to the effect on executive powers of the declaration of a public health emergency. At some point I read that once a public health emergency was in place, executive power/authority transferred from the President to the DHHS (Azar). If this is true, would not the subsequent actions remove Trump/Biden from liability?
As an aside, it seems to me that most of our current problems stem from emergency powers, coupled with the effective nullification of Smith-Mundt. How much of the current situation would improve with the end of emergency powers and putting an end to government propaganda?
I no longer believe that any of our problems can be solved within the confines of the Constitution and our current legal framework, especially given how corrupt the judiciary clearly is. All government machinations have become extra- or pseudo-legal, have unlimited funding and cover, and operate with the goal to circumvent or negate our God Given Rights. In other words, all avenues for redress of grievances are now forbidden by same government. What happens when government attacks its own citizenry? It seems to me that the solutions, if there are to be any, must be equally unorthodox and external.

I’m on the steering committee, and also the collaborative communication committee of millionsagainstmandates.org and I’ve been pitching for a consortium conference of his many liberty loving, vaccine dangers aware, constitutional attorneys can be garnered to take this bizarro land evil house of cards down. I thought what is going on now with big Pharma, the medical industry, the politicians and the media that Pharma supports, could be considered collusion and therefore fought under a RICO act lawsuit. I can see from your writings that you know far more about how to tackle this disgusting crime against humanity, so I will be rooting for you and praying for you in our shared goal of justice.
Just wish to post this recent paper on how this happened in the Nazi era. They pretty much got away with it. Very few hung and it was almost all the psychiatrist doctors who filled in the forms that directly led to the mass murder.
