Short summary as I understand it: There is no more Rule of Law.
In the absence of rule of law, it is not worth the average person going the legal route for anything other than routine stuff, if that. I am speaking as a citizen, not an attorney. Your work, and the legal folks that you work with are doing very valuable research and analysis, and teaching us how far we are from a functioning legal framework.
Everything illegal has been made legal, so there are technically NO PROTECTIONS at all.
In my mind, there is really nothing left other than appeal to conscience of the people we deal with in our everyday lives. In a polite way "I can't do X, it goes against my conscience".
Hidden in plain sight are the words and definitions for our rights by law of a man or woman. Call out each and every man or woman by name for the trespass of your property (land, child, family member, business, ability for compensation, provide food, time, death or disability, etc...) they cause until remedy is received. Be specific, communicate your notice, remove titles, press your claim, hold them to account in court with a trial by jury if necessary. The goal is not to go after the big names. Hold the local individual (local school, business, hospital man or woman) accountable for the specific trespass with facts and evidence of the trespass with a cost/remedy to the man or woman that caused the trespass. It is a one at a time process. But each man and woman needs to take their rights back by expressing their law one individual at a time. And know your jurisdiction.

Harm done by pharmaceuticals whose ingredients were Trade Secrets before I knew there was such a thing as Trade Secrets that manufacturers did not need to disclose occurred for me a long time ago, and started a quest for optimizing health and alternative medical practices, establishing myself as authority over what I can control entering my body.
Prior to that, I trusted that all the people involved in medicine and treatment practices (like doctors, pharmacists, researchers, regulatory committees, law makers, etc.) would be conscientious; thinking"first, do no harm" vs. "just doing a job", money, fame or power.
It has opened my eyes to deceptive practices and evil intent. I feel that using our energy to focus on the good we can do is the best way to continue humanity; and your work is very much appreciated...Thank You!
