Threatening news - but thank you, always better to know. The modern "leaders" we have managed to choose or default to prove they are nothing like our revolutionary ancestors. Whomever our ancestors became they overcame the worst of their personal demons to form a nation complete with some workable documents and agreements to support the "better angels of out nature". Today we have Mephistopheles in charge.

I don’t think they’ll succeed soon, because I don’t think any laws or Constitutional protections of individual rights are functional right now, so I think most of these cases will be stalled or dismissed.

This is the first case I’ve seen that alleges the injection policies are genetic discrimination, which is a very interesting and useful argument to make because, like the David Martin case (Griner v. Biden filed in Utah) it helps shift the framework in the public discussion, away from public health and ‘vaccines’ and toward ‘gene therapy devices’ on the way to bioweapons and bioterrorism and treason. I think that’s a useful, necessary shift.

Even though I think the short-term prospects for litigation success are low, I think it’s possible for the citizen pressure on the US government to get strong enough to provoke a US withdrawal from WHO, dissolution of HHS, and re-establishment of Constitutional government.

And I think cases like this one against FAA and DOT are extremely valuable because of their power to inform more people and bring more of them over from being supportive of government and angry at government critics, to being angry at government and supportive of government critics.

I don’t know exactly how big the critical mass needs to be or when the tipping point will come, but I’m confident that our side is gaining strength with every passing day as more and more people personally see the damage accumulate in their own lives, and the other side is losing support at the same rate.
