Kathy, I know I am an idiot, but can't we bring the signing away of our sovreignity to the Supreme Court? Because isn't it against the Presidents and everyone else invovled oaths of office? and all the laws/regs they passed that wipes out their liability and informed consent and everything....I mean wouldn't a law that allowed you to murder another person be ruled Unconstitutional? Can we get a Consitutional lawyer and bring a case before this gets signed? At least put a halt to it?

I am sorry I am so naive...just asking...it enrages me to go slow when our freedoms are going so fast. And THAT is why I am not an attorney of any kind. I don't have the necessary qualities or brainpower.

My view:

If the Supreme Court and other federal courts have held off on doing their oversight job up until now because its members are more scared of the killer-globalists than they are loyal to the Constitution and the People,

then demonstrating to SCOTUS and other federal and state judges that the People can and will protect them from the killer-globalists if they stand up for the Constitution and us, would mean that

yes, SCOTUS could step up and step in, hear some of the Constitutional challenges to the federal government's illegitimate acts, make the Constitutional crisis clear to the public and resolve it in favor of US sovereignty,

by finding the acts (statutes, executive orders, declarations) that have been done to suspend the Constitution and the other US laws null and void.

However, if SCOTUS and the federal judges remain more scared of the killer-globalists, and/or affirmatively loyal to the globalists (because they consider themselves members of the globalist elite), and the People aren't able to demonstrate that commitment to us is better than commitment to the globalists,

then SCOTUS and federal judges will continue to refuse to take the Constitutional cases at all, and that will mean they can't get to the part about making the Constitutional crisis and the illegitimate Administrative State overthrow of our sovereignty clear, and nullifying the acts that have brought it about.

Thank you. It is very depressing, because I think Roberts and a few of the others are blackmailed and threatened. But I am grateful for your explanation and your realistic view of the fix we are in.

Thanks for watching these maneuvers. I am sure whatever changes are made will not be in the best interest of the public but to help the coverups.

Absolutely, but the lines are pretty much drawn here, and too many refuse to see this creep, and others, as they truly are - evil monsters. Sane Californians (they do exist) are pretty much held hostage with the exquisite cheat machine the Democrats have embedded in our state. A recent example of that was the recent recall of the the carpetbagging Soros linked Los Angeles DA who avoided being kicked out by observers not being allowed to closely observe the count and the 27% or so of ballots that signatures didn't match. It's ridiculous actually.

If you pray, please consider the rosary

The Rosary doesn’t scare anyone….( God does not condone repetitious prayer )…neither does so called visions of Mary or Saints….What will terrify the world of evildoers is the 2nd coming of Jesus Christ in Rev 1…..where they will weep..wail….hide..and do everything… but rejoice.. as they know judgment is next….and the lake of fire is their eternal destination!!

A silly comment, and unaware of both modern and centuries old history.

Recently: The Atlantic Magazine just released a hit piece (which they tried to walk back)

Also recently: Huge protests against it including the “get your rosaries off my ovaries” nonsense

In history it saved Vienna twice:

1683 Battle of Vienna

Post WWII Rosary Parades chased out the Soviets without a single bullet fired

1571 Battle of Lepanto

All events saved Europe from disaster

Notably, it was protestants working with the Ottomans to destroy Europe

The restoration of California I hope will come soon enough!

I am so glad you mentioned that there are sane and patriotic California Americans—because there are! I lived there several years, it is in my humble opinion that California is the most beautiful state in the Union. There are many patriots who know this and will rally to rid California of its corruption.

Yep.

I think you dislike these people even more than I do.

Katherine, You always seem to know too much...makes me envious. This all makes too much sense. The real issue, as many ask and few answers are given, is what should we all do about this?

She doesn't know too much...she is just smarter than any lawyer I've ever met. Admire her

sooo much! My brain can't follow the law unless someone has both the gift of understanding it and the gift of explaining it to laypeople like myself. which Katherine posseses in spades. Sincere thank you for doing this...without you, we would be waking up too late. Bucketfuls of thanks and more admiration than I can express....

Great question. I've tried writing my congress persons and all I get is a canned response related to the subject of inquiry. It may have a statistical impact based on which issue "bin" it is assigned to, but otherwise quite useless.

RESIST is a common response, and I agree, but how? In Phase I, those in the US have been able to refuse the treatments (at considerable cost for many), but what about the next Phase of this operation? The resistance I think most effective, though not directly related, is the Chinese stopping payments on their mortgages of unfinished investment housing. It has hit the banks very hard. We don't have a similar situation in the West, so it is not directly applicable.

We need some sort of top-down intervention - and how do we get the banks to listen?

Maybe we need a lawsuit immediately at the Supreme Court. In addition to ruling on the Constitution Issues, haven't Biden and all these people broken their oaths of office?

Yes, but so far, SCOTUS has been turning away the Constitutional cases without hearing them, since Chief Justice John Roberts directed them to defer completely to executive and legislative authority in May 2020 in South Bay Pentecostal v. Newsom

https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/19pdf/19a1044_pok0.pdf

Constitutional attorneys have tried to bring cases; other SCOTUS justices have just denied their access to SCOTUS for appeals.

Good day OldSysEng,

Me too. Writing them is a waste of time. You ask how to resist. May I suggest a look at history. Nothing in history suggests that we can count on the government. We need to take action for ourselves. One at a time as best we can. We can meet and find others locally. That is the only way sadly. Online communication is good and learning from people like Katherine is awesome. But action can only come from you.

Each individual needs to take whatever action in the direction of health and sanity available to them. As that is realized people will come together and right this ship of state.

I received a ceramic coffee mug as a gift, it reads an old adage around its circumference, "Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise". Then on the inside bottom, "but best of all is wealthy!". The whole entire healthy establishment is a ruse to get past the sentry.

Thank You Katherine for the clarity. We are indeed fortunate to benefit so frequently and so thoroughly from your knowledge and skill on these matters. It’s troubling—yep. Not too surprising—nope. Great information not found on any other sub stack. In analyzing their moves and counter moves, the viscous fiends that they are, some deductive calculating is required of course.

The secondary gain for attuned readers is that your analysis offers much more that factual information or prediction. It offers a window of revelation, a disclosure, an unveiling, that brings readers to the realization of how dishonest, scheming, decrepit and vile these creatures are!

It is indeed the death of the innocent age—that Americans can no longer stand by and trust that their so-called elected (another betrayal) leaders have their best interests in mind, when in most cases by far the complete opposite is true.

Like George Carlin said, and I’ll paraphrase: They sell you the American Dream—and you really gotta be asleep to believe it. Even good ole George probably did not have access to a fraction of the information that we do now.

The great transformation of our country, the Republic, the education of our country, and the blessings to our people happens only with communication.

Thank You for your communication.

They may try to frame it as housecleaning from unidentified problems in how CDC and FDA handled Covid, but in fact, they’re happy with how they’ve handled Covid: the cull is proceeding as planned.

This is a power grab masquerading as the dressing down of Walensky. As quoted by Robert Malone in his substack post today (https://rwmalonemd.substack.com/p/rochelle-walensky-gets-an-intervention), "Walensky will also seek more authority for the CDC, through Congress and the Biden administration, to mandate data collection from states, to move money to external partners faster during an emergency and to offer more competitive salaries for recruiting, among other things." Malone goes on to say,

"And there is the close. Walensky, in reward for her gross and chronic incompetence, should be rewarded with more authority including ability to interfere with states rights to manage medical care, and more money for recruiting more woke personnel.

All I can say, in the most non-partisan way, is that they better push that through very soon, before all of the House is out on the campaign trail. Because next January, I suspect that providing Walensky and her CDC with more authority and more money will be the last thing that a Republican congress will have interest in."

Of course, his prediction is predicated on a Republican tsunami in November. But the theft machinery is still in place in many state. I hope he's right.
