Re: Use of Covid-19 ‘vaccines’ as bioweapons; Notice of War Crimes; your complicity, request that you stop complying; Notice of victims’ intent to pursue criminal prosecution.

Dear [Title][Name] - local or state representative, senator, council member, administrator, public health official, school district administrator, hospital executive, judge, doctor, pediatrician, nurse, pharmacist, employer, personnel director, news editor, news reporter, etc.

This letter is in reference to the Phase 3 clinical trial being conducted upon the American public without their knowledge or permission.

As you know, the pathogen named Covid-19 was released in the United States, on or about December 2019. Said pathogen, while not particularly lethal, was used as a pretext to coerce the American public into taking experimental and completely novel mRNA and adenovirus injections that the CDC and NIH later named 'vaccines.'

These injectables were in clinical trials for nearly a decade in various forms and could not be approved by the FDA because they are and were so dangerous; such that all of the test animals in the Phase 2 clinical trials died or were killed.

As you also know, our country adopted legislation arising from the Nuremberg trials in 1947 in order to protect Americans from unlawful and unforgivable medical experimentation on unwilling subjects, including 18 USC 2441-War Crimes¹ such as torture; cruel or inhuman treatment; performing biological experiments; murder; mutilation or maiming; and intentionally causing serious bodily injury.

Given that all of the 'Covid-19 vaccines' are and remain experimental and offered under Emergency Use Authorization only, together with President Biden's September 2022 declaration that the pandemic is over, there is no reason whatsoever for any instrumentality of the US Government, state or local, to mandate or otherwise aid in the distribution of these deadly injectables.

Indeed, the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), which is a required component of all vaccine production and distribution, reflects that these injectables are the most dangerous drugs ever offered or required in the United States. The reported injuries and deaths are multiples higher than all of the prior vaccine injuries and deaths combined.

It is now abundantly clear to the world that our government's mandates of these experimental and deadly shots are War Crimes as defined in 18 USC 2441, et seq. As such, all persons involved in the production, distribution, mandating, promoting or otherwise (in any capacity) are complicit in these War Crimes.

Please note that no qualified immunity may stand when a War Crime is alleged and please take this letter as notice that all government employees similarly situated are in violation of this law and have committed many other crimes against the American people.

We, the citizens and residents of this country, will be seeking lawful redress for these actions and punishment for those who have abused their position in government.

We know that our government isn't the issue. In fact, it's the greatest and most fair form of government ever created.

The genocide in progress today is the result of evil people who used and abused their positions for self-gain; and either participated in these crimes or abdicated their responsibility to stop the crimes.

The evidence is overwhelming and I'll be happy to provide it to you if you're unaware of the facts as stated herein. The VAERS data alone, which is both official and underreported, is sufficient to arrive at these conclusions alone.

Please take notice that any further conduct by yourself or your staff in furtherance of the Covid-19 vaccine mandates shall act as indications of your involvement in these crimes. The American people are now paying attention and keeping track.

If you are on the side of America and the people who comprise this country, then it is your obligation to take affirmative action to stop the use and mandates of any further experimental Covid-19 injectables ("vaccines").

It is also your duty to seek prosecution for the tens of thousands of deaths and hundreds of thousands of permanent injuries these shots unnecessarily caused.

Please treat this letter as lawful Notice and a Demand that you Cease and Desist from any further involvement in this genocide or any components thereof.

Please use your offices as a means to refer those who are responsible for these crimes to the appropriate authorities for prosecution.

1. 18 USC 2441 (d) Common Article 3 Violations.—

(1) Prohibited conduct.—In subsection (c)(3), the term “grave breach of common Article 3” means any conduct (such conduct constituting a grave breach of common Article 3 of the international conventions done at Geneva August 12, 1949), as follows:

(A) Torture.— The act of a person who commits, or conspires or attempts to commit, an act specifically intended to inflict severe physical or mental pain or suffering (other than pain or suffering incidental to lawful sanctions) upon another person within his custody or physical control for the purpose of obtaining information or a confession, punishment, intimidation, coercion, or any reason based on discrimination of any kind.

(B) Cruel or inhuman treatment.— The act of a person who commits, or conspires or attempts to commit, an act intended to inflict severe or serious physical or mental pain or suffering (other than pain or suffering incidental to lawful sanctions), including serious physical abuse, upon another within his custody or control.

(C) Performing biological experiments.— The act of a person who subjects, or conspires or attempts to subject, one or more persons within his custody or physical control to biological experiments without a legitimate medical or dental purpose and in so doing endangers the body or health of such person or persons.

(D) Murder.— The act of a person who intentionally kills, or conspires or attempts to kill, or kills whether intentionally or unintentionally in the course of committing any other offense under this subsection, one or more persons taking no active part in the hostilities, including those placed out of combat by sickness, wounds, detention, or any other cause.

(E) Mutilation or maiming.— The act of a person who intentionally injures, or conspires or attempts to injure, or injures whether intentionally or unintentionally in the course of committing any other offense under this subsection, one or more persons taking no active part in the hostilities, including those placed out of combat by sickness, wounds, detention, or any other cause, by disfiguring the person or persons by any mutilation thereof or by permanently disabling any member, limb, or organ of his body, without any legitimate medical or dental purpose.

(F) Intentionally causing serious bodily injury.— The act of a person who intentionally causes, or conspires or attempts to cause, serious bodily injury to one or more persons, including lawful combatants, in violation of the law of war.

(G) Rape.— The act of a person who forcibly or with coercion or threat of force wrongfully invades, or conspires or attempts to invade, the body of a person by penetrating, however slightly, the anal or genital opening of the victim with any part of the body of the accused, or with any foreign object.

(H) Sexual assault or abuse.— The act of a person who forcibly or with coercion or threat of force engages, or conspires or attempts to engage, in sexual contact with one or more persons, or causes, or conspires or attempts to cause, one or more persons to engage in sexual contact.

(I) Taking hostages.— The act of a person who, having knowingly seized or detained one or more persons, threatens to kill, injure, or continue to detain such person or persons with the intent of compelling any nation, person other than the hostage, or group of persons to act or refrain from acting as an explicit or implicit condition for the safety or release of such person or persons.
