According to the fake version of events put forward by Truncale, as covered in this post, DoD didn’t know the clinical trials were fraudulent, and even if they did, the contracts DoD wrote and signed with Pfizer didn’t allow DoD to break the contract, unless FDA withdrew EUA authorization. That’s how he gets DoD out of the picture.
In Truncale’s fake account covered in other sections of his order, FDA knew the clinical trials had problems, but didn’t tell DoD, didn’t investigate further, and decided the problems didn’t rise to a level that could or should interfere with the FDA issuance of the EUA, or keeping it in place ever since. That’s how he lets FDA off the hook.
In Truncale’s fake account covered in other sections of his order, Pfizer may have known the clinical trials had problems, but didn’t pass that information on to FDA properly, so FDA didn’t know everything, and/or Ventavia and ICON knew about the problems, but didn’t report them to Pfizer.
And even if Pfizer had told FDA everything, because the contract was with DoD and not with FDA, the problems with the clinical trials weren’t “material” to whether DoD paid Pfizer for the products. That’s how he dismisses the case against Pfizer and the other contractors.
The only material condition for DoD payment was FDA issuing and maintaining the EUA, for which valid clinical trials were also immaterial, because not covered in the contract with DoD - “out of scope.”

If I read this correctly, and kudos to you, Kathleen for your skill to comprehend the jargon, is it reasonable to think that if Judge T knew the DoD was complicit and Judge T was knowingly covering up a potential criminal act that Judge T committed a crime? You may have a better way to summarize my previous points. If it is true that a judge can help cover up a potential crime, then what is the next step in accountability for a potentially criminal judge?

Sad development but not surprising. “One Nation Under Blackmail “ is an excellent deep expose’ by Whitney Webb of how our government works, now and for a long time back. I always ponder “is the person being blackmailed, bribed, or a loved one(s) threatened?” because there can’t be this many psychopaths. I think it’s a circular argument to get FDA, DoD, Pfizer, Ventavia and ICON all off the hook.
The order is long and complex and I hope to write much more about it.
According to the fake version of events put forward by Truncale, as covered in this post, DoD didn’t know the clinical trials were fraudulent, and even if they did, the contracts DoD wrote and signed with Pfizer didn’t allow DoD to break the contract, unless FDA withdrew EUA authorization. That’s how he gets DoD out of the picture.
In Truncale’s fake account covered in other sections of his order, FDA knew the clinical trials had problems, but didn’t tell DoD, didn’t investigate further, and decided the problems didn’t rise to a level that could or should interfere with the FDA issuance of the EUA, or keeping it in place ever since. That’s how he lets FDA off the hook.
In Truncale’s fake account covered in other sections of his order, Pfizer may have known the clinical trials had problems, but didn’t pass that information on to FDA properly, so FDA didn’t know everything, and/or Ventavia and ICON knew about the problems, but didn’t report them to Pfizer.
And even if Pfizer had told FDA everything, because the contract was with DoD and not with FDA, the problems with the clinical trials weren’t “material” to whether DoD paid Pfizer for the products. That’s how he dismisses the case against Pfizer and the other contractors.
The only material condition for DoD payment was FDA issuing and maintaining the EUA, for which valid clinical trials were also immaterial, because not covered in the contract with DoD - “out of scope.”
There are more ways to say the same things, but it boils down to nobody responsible for mass murder, because the contracts and laws and regulations were written to shift the burdens such that responsibility lands on no one.
One way to cut through the crap is to demonstrate that DoD/ATI, FDA/HHS and Pfizer/Ventavia/ICON were and are functioning as a *single party* (State-corporate criminal cabal) engaged in a fake performance (working from a script that includes pages that look like contracts, regulatory reviews and other legal documents).
I.e, demonstrate that they are not independent parties to valid contracts.
And Judge Truncale is a member of the performing troupe.
So the left hand swears it had no idea what the right hand was doing and vice-versa. Standard finger pointing charade. And while I can appreciate the need to blame the politicians at the top, they likely had no idea what was actually going on. But there are actual names of people who likely did know what was going on so how do they get exposed?

Absolutely. The government has been operating like organized crime for quite a long time. Truncale isn’t the biggest fish, of course; but he is not insignificant for Brook’s case. Every criminal at every level should be called out.

Sasha all I can think of and all I have been thinking of when these mandate cases come before judges, and the same with the whistleblower cases and hopefully many more of these cases. All I think about is how many of these judges are part of the embedded WEF group, how many were compromised via Epstein style set ups, threatened, or paid off. We have to have that knowledge beforehand when these cases go to trial so we know ahead of times, so we can have venues change. We know in this case and other cases the TRUTH will always lose with LIAR and compromised judges, so we need to change venues ahead of time to patriot judges. Because in this world now the TRUTH of a case no longer matters, it's what judge you get that only matters.
Altho the judge dismissed the case, he actually left some useful breadcrumbs.
