I communicated with a physician who invited me on a Zoom call with Dr. Martin, and a small group of other people, one of whom was a convicted felon who laundered money, and represents he is a sovereign citizen, and, I guess, a jail house educated lawyer, without a law license, of course, to practice law.
He had been arrested at his home in Arizona for money laundering after fleeing it well armed having left his wife, and children in the house as he fled out back into the desert. He gave up rather quickly as the FBI were well prepared.
He charged this physician $9,000 to get them somehow free of some alleged birth certificate trading scheme involving the Vatican, etc. Oddly, from my cursory look into the claims of Anna Von Reitz it appears there is validity to the sovereign citizen movement but it doesn't interest me much. It's like flat versus round earth, we did or did not land astronauts on the moon, and viruses do or do not exist stuff to me. None if it will change my life one bit as far as I can tell if dispositively dispensed.
Needless to say I declined to participate in the Zoom call. I respect the incredible intelligence of David Martin, and the physician with whom I was in contact. However, I question their judgement a bit. I hope they are successful in their efforts.

These people are not afraid of lying under oath because they know they are fully protected. The real problem is the Judge does not know what Katherine knows. Most para legals know more than the lawyers they serve. They are the people that do the research and without a good para legal a lawyer would not be successful. Judges are political beings and they do as they are instructed to do. If not then how is it that no judge to date even faced with irrefutable evidence has determined that election fraud took place. How is that a county in CA just arrested an elected city council member for mass election fraud when gee no judge in CA would even hear a case. My experience has too often been that judges don’t care about answers. Especially in political cases. Can society’s self-genocide be any more political ? Have any more severe repercussions for the judge, his family, his neighbors ... &c.

While FDCA 564 (21 USC 360bbb-3) is about unlicensed medical products becoming available to the public via EUA, I am not seeing any section that excludes EUA products from the requirements of "legally effective informed consent" as directed by The Belmont Report of the National Research Act of 1974. The definition of "research" in the The Belmont Report is much broader than just "clinical investigation[s]" as mentioned in 564(k). Section 564(l) makes it pretty clear that every activity laid out in section 564 is optional for all parties. Also, the "option to accept or refuse administration of the product" language in 564(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) appears to be derived out of The Belmont Report's requirement of "[v]oluntariness...free from coercion and undue influence." Any additional insights on this?

Actually if you were born after 1940, a certificate of live birth was issued in lower case letters and sent to the state you were born in and a birth certificate in all capital letters was issued which made you a corporation. You were reported as lost at sea and your birth certificate was sold many times over and money loaned against it.
