Fictional only in the sense that what should be said will never be said. Every question the “Judge” asks and the answer from the “DOJ Lawyer” are the truth that should be heard but never will be heard. These people are not afraid of lying under oath because they know they are fully protected. The real problem is the Judge does not know what Katherine knows. No good lawyer or judge asks a question they do not already know the answer too and have the facts to challenge false answers.

While FDCA 564 (21 USC 360bbb-3) is about unlicensed medical products becoming available to the public via EUA, I am not seeing any section that excludes EUA products from the requirements of "legally effective informed consent" as directed by The Belmont Report of the National Research Act of 1974. The definition of "research" in the The Belmont Report is much broader than just "clinical investigation[s]" as mentioned in 564(k). Section 564(l) makes it pretty clear that every activity laid out in section 564 is optional for all parties. Also, the "option to accept or refuse administration of the product" language in 564(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III) appears to be derived out of The Belmont Report's requirement of "[v]oluntariness...free from coercion and undue influence." Any additional insights on this?

Re: the brothers Strecker: I have no idea what all they were up to, but, there wasn't an AIDS virus then, & there isn't one now. Which is not to say that a lot of our regressive tax dollars weren't wasted on flawed, erroneous, & useless "research," killing mostly gay men w/ dusted-off chemo drugs too deadly to use on cancer, propaganda/lies, Dr. Fauci, etc. etc.

I'd be a little cautious about relying of the Deagel Forecast tho. James Corbett of the Corbett Report did a deep dive on this website some time ago and came to the conclusion that it was just the imaginations of a single man in his basement, so to speak. There seemed to be no credible links to any inside knowledge. So there's that.
