He mentioned on a deleted YouTube or duck duck go video early to mid 2020 that the vaccine was the bioweapon. The factored in un affordability of pensions along with other things was mentioned. Human productivity gains didn't actually plateaued. Humans as pointed out above were already serfs to fund government debt. What plateaued was fossil fuel augmented slavery. The model that was applied to the serfs (CAFOs or confined animal feeding operations) failed. The cost of maintaining the fiction of progress skyrocketed. Something needs to be done.
Blame humans again. With fossil fuel the elite have their AI/robotics/telecoms

Case in point, even if this vast conspiracy were to have occurred, it only serves to widen the budgetary crevasse by pushing most vaccinees to become disabled and ill, rather than die. As you know, disabled cost the government tons of money in lost productivity, medical care, and lost tax revenue. Had they stopped with the virus, they were well on their way to mending a lot of budget holes by offing the aged and inform.
