OR they had to drop 97% of the trial participants because the data was SO bad. Just ask Maddie DeGaray's family about that tactic.

Right, that's a possibility. Although I think Senator Ron Johnson would have heard from more people in the trial.

Wow, superb digging.

I wonder about this, though -> "This is why I think that fraud charges (corporate fraud, clinical trial fraud, consumer fraud) are not going to get anywhere: because all the things the US government, Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson have done that would have been crimes (fraud, homicide, medical battery) have been legalized."

I am not an attorney or legal scholar, but I don't imagine that passes muster; it must be a legal principle that you cannot simply protect yourself by declaring what is fundamentally illegal to be legal, however cleverly. Of course, if we are living in a lawless, post-Constitutional order, and bereft the rule of law - which appears to be the case - then I suppose none of that matters.

I think the gist of the treason argument would be that members of Congress, presidents and HHS secretaries committed crimes of treason against the US Constitution and laws, and the American people, through their passing laws that attempted to destroy the country and her people, the Constitution and the rights guaranteed by the Constitution.

In other words, knowingly passed unlawful laws intended to maim, kill and enslave citizens, and then knowingly funded and enforced those unlawful laws, causing the maiming, killing and enslavement.

Crimes against humanity, war crimes and treason - yes, wrt officials throughout government. I think it's coming; and not in civilian courts, imo.

However, fraud and other things perpetrated by pharma companies - I hope and pray that they will have to answer, at least the c-level people.

But wishes and horses and all.

Thanks David. If wishes were horses beggars would ride…maybe, but I believe we are not allowing all these atrocities this time my friend to be swept under the rug. Real, thorough, swift swamp draining will result…it’s already started…hear the mighty roar of the swish getting louder and more powerful? I think so! 😊

Totally agree; I suppose, however, I am nevertheless hoping that C-level pharma execs will be held accountable. We shall see.

That 97% of the missing patient data, well good luck getting a court to force Big Pharma to deliver it to you in a timely basis and with anything but anti-analytical "organization.

Just like the "voter lists" which were corrupted with commas, and punctuation marks.

Even if you could figure it out, they will claim different results with their own "corrupted" algorithms.

It is literally your word against theirs and we know how that goes. Prepare to spend 50 million in court against people that spend that a day on lobbying, drugs, hookers, and lawyer salaries.

As far as "The State" having already legalized all pertinent parts, well, that is what they do!

But, and this is a big but, this all proves it was set up for over a decade!

And if it is mil data, prepare for them to declare "National Security" and then fail to release the remaining 83.7%.

That’s another reason why I think prosecuting for treason is better. The evidence is already public: it’s in the Congressional Record and the Federal Register.

Of course in their scheming they made what normally would be illegal, criminal and immoral, legal. The army of attorneys, lobbyists, regulators, and legislators who constructed the scaffolding to produce these bills, with timing in lock step, allowing a fraud onto the American public, on this scale…another deep layer of swamp infestation revealed—ad nauseam.

They legalized their fraud. Malum prohibitum doesn’t quite fit, it is still too egregious. Malum in se does fit, the acts are wrong or evil in themselves. However you are dealing with demons, an army of swamp creatures, whose acknowledgment of wrong or evil doing is zero.

I agree with Katherine, these crimes can be best taken care of with charges of Treason under Military Tribunal. Why fuss at all with debating the evidence, interminable legal wrangling and unpacking, millions of tax payer dollars. These are acts of Treason of the worst kind.

Great deduction power Katherine.

There were never proper trials and that was the to be kept secret for enough years that the peasants would have lost interest or be dead.

Thank you for a very well and thoroughly researched post! I am simply gobsmacked and utterly speechless, which almost never happens.

I’ve never been a fan of the gubment and you pretty much summed up why with this mind blowing information.

I’m going to take some time to absorb all of this and do everything I can to spread this far and wide.

Yet, in all honesty I’m not sure where we go from here? This evil is beyond most folks comprehension.

Yet, with God’s help, where there is a Will there is a way.

Again thank you for your fantastic work!
