His goal in civil litigation is to enter facts into legal record that will prove criminal intent, which would (theoretically) lead to elimination of the vaccine liability shield. Any law which is in oppostion to the constitution is moot and void on its face....but no one in congress ever reads anything, they are told by their troll master what to do what to say what to vote for....disgusting the whole lot needs to be thrown out and both 'parties" destroyed...the party must be over!!!
