She said all the Acts, Laws, and Contracts relating to this atrocity were written by Congress, and are illegal under the Constitution.
Sasha also said that Congress can EASILY undo all these Acts, Laws, and Contracts that it wrote. They would be considered void. Then there would be no basis for any DoD creation, manufacture, etc. of any biological Countermeasures.
She also said that Congress needs to begin an immediate investigation into the DoD and the DoJ for what they have done.
My question:
What member in Congress should call for these investigations, and what is the best way to put pressure on him or her to do that?
The Arms Committees presumably.

Given these jabs are bioweapons and governments are at war with their own people , then the ‘modus operandi’ will be one of war.
