In early 2020, I looked into the Texas Code to see what I could find on the mandates. I was shocked to find everything the petty tyrants up and down the chain of command needed was there. The governor can arbitrarily declare a disaster and appoint a czar to manage it. This person then has dictatorial powers. People can be detained, forced out of their homes, relocated to "treatment facilities", given "medical treatments" without consent, and have their property seized (and more). I sent a letter to everyone in positions of power asking them to review and rescind these laws. I got either no response or form letters. They either don't get it, don't care, are part of it, are cowards, or they are compromised.
I just wanted to point out that every state has similar emergency laws on the books. It's not just the national government. The abuses were carried out at the state and local level. The laws are triggered by declarations by the CDC or the WHO, and the petty tyrants and their enforcers get to work.
I don't think tptb thought anyone would figure out all the subterfuge. Your indictment seems to be rock-solid, virtually incontestable, Katherine.
