This is a fantastic endeavor! I remember Ron Paul talking about the Patriot Act and how they were given only around a day to review it (I can't remember how many thousands of pages it was). His staff was very upset because they' could never review it in time but Paul told them just read up to the point it's unconstitutional and then he'd know how to vote. He said they didn't make it past the first page.

How many times do people in Congress vote without even knowing what they're voting for? How many times do they pass something they haven't even read, or understood? If you can shine a light on their actions, maybe they can see they're going to be held accountable going forward. I think it would also be good to know the people, like Ron Paul, who don't go along with it. If they're still running for office, it's important to know who they are, too.

God bless you Katherine. I can't understand the directions, but I hope you have plenty of smart help. The list itself is incredible. Labor of love..for humanity.

Katherine, I've emailed you my research data harvesting results for the 50 public laws you listed. Do you have more I can work on getting?

Happened right under our noses, drip by drip. Gotta hand it to those who planned this for their patience and perseverance.

Sadly, and many people would find this difficult to believe, the UK, particularly the bankers in the City of London, started working on bringing down the U.S. from within shortly after the Revolutionary War. It took them this long, but they, too, were persistent.

you might consider dailyklout as a place to organize the detail. that seems to be what Dr. Wolf was envisioning. Then anons can participate and drive information development virally.

Hi Katherine.

Do you have anything further on this section of the 2019 preparedness act?

SEC. 306. GUIDANCE FOR PARTICIPATION IN EXERCISES AND DRILLS.

Not later than 2 years after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall issue final guidance regarding the ability of personnel funded by programs authorized under this Act (including the amendments made by this Act) to participate in drills and operational exercises related to all-hazards medical and public health preparedness and response. Such drills and operational exercises may include activities that incorporate medical surge capacity planning, medical counter- measure distribution and administration, and preparing for and responding to identified threats for that region. Such personnel may include State, local, Tribal, and territorial public health depart- ment or agency personnel funded under this Act (including the amendments made by this Act). The Secretary shall consult with the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of Defense, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and other applicable Federal departments and agencies as necessary and appropriate in the development of such guidance. 2013 or 14, end of Obama (could have been '16 or '17) he signed something implying "world concern" for "health" that said something to the effect cdc could go into any public school if cdc deems /decides/determines an outbreak or epidemic and can enter schools and vxx your children based on this signing... I'll try to find it but please look!! Amazing work

Katherine I might could help. I have tracked at times on how many of them vote on certain issues. What I have been reading from you is with the use of the spreadsheet go through and determine how each one voted on these major legislative bills.

Determine throughout the years how they voted. I can tell you one right now. Former Senator John McCain always voted against veterans legislation. I already check them out on how they vote but I do not document their voting though. On many of the issues I can remember how they vote. I say some particular the officials I happen to be noticing for whatever reason.

I hope you get enough helpers to complete your spread sheet.

What you are documenting is an obvious trail of law making that has no other purpose beyond preparing for this and future pandemics.

Perhaps you could try and find just 1 or two laws that could be repealed with bipartisan and public support the easiest. Laws that on their own could prevent the same from happening again and laws that neither party could openly support once the true nature of the laws are clearly revealed.

I wish you the greatest good fortune in your endeavours. The resistance is proud of the heroes even if we cannot always connect with the original posts.

On a really different note, Katherine, I am always amazed by the gorgeous classical paintings which you choose to end your brilliantly written reports, though I’m not particularly fond of theological allegorical illustrations.

Got any horse-dog-landscape type paintings, or even portraits of nice looking, richly dressed VIP’s?Or even, if need be, ocean scenes with or without sailing vessels?

Hi Katherine,

Cut and paste the above link into your browser - I think you'll find it there.

Also, please do the same for these two links.

Can you make any sense of this writing? I wasn't really talking about the form, I can't download it either.

No, it doesn’t make sense to me either. It looks like a bad translation, or bad retranslation of bad translations through several other languages, of some original document about Institutional Review Boards and related topics.
