On the rocky road toward recovery.
Not up for reading or writing yet, and have not been reading any news or much of anything else for a month, but I’m slowly, painfully working my way along.
Praying with gratitude for the blessings God has given me, and for help in healing and in trusting God more, and for relief and healing for all human suffering; taking medication; walking and jogging in my neighborhood; spending time with my husband and kids and dog; spending time in the sunshine; going to church on Sundays; knitting, printmaking, doing Sudoku puzzles; cooking and doing laundry and dishes; and listening to calming music and guided meditations for panic attacks, anxiety and depression.
Thank you for the prayers for my healing - I am reciprocating them every day.
