What is the legal relationship between the 2021-2022 ‘health and safety plan’ and the SCASD student code of conduct, and employee code of conduct (or similar document)?
Specifically, what are the administrative, disciplinary, legal, civil and/or criminal consequences for an employee or student who peacefully refuses to provide private medical information to the district, refuses to take a PCR test, and/or refuses to wear a mask while on school grounds?
This is a question of law that may form part of the record for future legal proceedings against the district, so it is a request for a written response.
