Email sent to Penn State Faculty Senate members today.
Please vote NO on the proposed resolution regarding a Penn State COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
My husband is a Penn State employee and my son is a student.
It is a violation of the Nuremberg Code principle of informed consent and a crime against humanity, to coerce anyone into participating in a medical experiment.
The COVID-19 “vaccines” are authorized only on an emergency basis (EUA) and are therefore experimental treatments under the law. There is no long-term safety data.
Further, mandating participation in this medical experiment exposes Penn State to legal liability for any harmful side effects, whether brief and temporary, life-altering and permanent, or fatal.
Manufacturers such as Pfizer and Moderna have blanket immunity from liability for harms, and many health insurance companies will not pay for treatment for injured patients, because the product is experimental and therefore excluded from coverage.
OSHA recently announced that vaccine injuries must be reported as workplace injuries if the vaccine is mandated by an employer.
More information on potential liability for disability or death due to participation in mandated medical experiments is here:
Form for students attending colleges or universities requiring Covid-19 injections.
Form for employees whose employers are requiring Covid-19 injections.
Please vote “No” on the resolution.
Thank you.
